Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. Products can be returned within 30 days of the date your order was delivered, as confirmed by the shipping carrier's tracking information.
Both opened and unopened items are accepted for return. Please return the product in its original outer packaging where possible.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. All returns must go through our official return process.
Partial Refunds (If Applicable)
Only partial refunds may be granted in specific situations, such as:

Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
We do not charge a restocking fee. However, customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs.

How to Return a Product

Submit a Return Request
Email support@kairawellness.com within 30 days of the date your order was delivered with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos if the item is damaged or defective.

Approval & Packaging
After we approve your request, securely package the item(s) and send them to the return address provided. You must email the return tracking number to support@kairawellness.com — refunds will not be processed without a valid tracking number confirming the return shipment.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange for the same item, email support@kairawellness.com within 30 days of the date your order was delivered.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return value.
If the gift giver had the item shipped to themselves, we’ll send a refund to the original purchaser.
Return Shipping Instructions

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective. If Kaira Wellness pre-pays return shipping as a courtesy, those costs may be deducted from your refund.

If the item is worth over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.
