Shipping Policy

Fulfillment & Carriers

Orders shipped within the United States are fulfilled via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on order size and destination. Kaira Wellness selects the most reliable and cost-effective carrier for your shipment.

Processing Time

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours, Monday through Friday. During peak periods or promotional events, please allow up to 4 business days for order processing.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery for U.S. orders is 7–16 business days (Monday–Friday) for most destinations.

Total Estimated Delivery Time

Combined processing and shipping time means most U.S. orders arrive within 9–18 business days from the order date.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination, order weight, and selected shipping method. Free shipping may apply on qualifying orders as displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours after dispatch for tracking information to update with the carrier.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping address and phone number information at checkout. Kaira Wellness is not responsible for delayed or undelivered shipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

International Shipping

Kaira Wellness ships to most international destinations. International shipping times vary by country and typically range from 10–21 business days, excluding customs clearance delays. Customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees charged by their country's customs or regulatory agencies. Kaira Wellness does not cover or reimburse such fees.

We do not ship to: Belarus, Cuba, Eritrea, Iran, North Korea, Iraq, Syria, Venezuela, Yemen, Congo, Central African Republic, Crimea (Region of Ukraine), and Russia. This list may change to comply with applicable U.S. trade regulations.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Kaira Wellness's responsibility for the shipment ends. If you believe your package was lost or stolen after delivery confirmation, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Kaira Wellness is not liable for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier but reported missing by the customer.

For undelivered packages with no delivery confirmation, please contact support@kairawellness.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date so we can investigate.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact support@kairawellness.com within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the damaged packaging and product. We will work with you to resolve the issue through replacement or refund.
